Thank you for shopping with The Wash Guys. We’re committed to ensuring your satisfaction. If you need assistance with a return, we’re here to help. Please review the following guidelines:
Return Authorization
All returns require a Return Material Authorization (RMA). To obtain an RMA number and shipping instructions, please email our business office at office@thewashguys.co. Refunds will be processed within 10 business days of receiving the returned item, using the original payment method.
Unopened Merchandise
You may return any unopened products within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Please use UPS or FedEx for shipping to avoid delays. If free shipping was included, the original shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.
Opened Merchandise
Opened but unused products can be returned within 30 days of delivery, subject to a 25% restocking fee. Items must be in saleable condition with original packaging. Shipping instructions remain the same as for unopened merchandise. Free shipping deductions apply.
Order Cancellations
Orders that have shipped cannot be cancelled. If you refuse delivery (not due to damage), an Order Return Fee will be applied to cover return freight costs.
Damaged or Defective Products
Inspect your shipment before signing the delivery receipt. If there’s obvious damage, refuse delivery and contact us immediately at office@thewashguys.co.
For suspected concealed damage, note "Possible Freight Damage" on the delivery receipt.
