Terms of Service

Welcome to The Wash Guys! These terms of service outline the rules and regulations for using our services. By accessing or using our website and services, you agree to the following terms. Please read them carefully.

1. Service Agreement

When you schedule a service with The Wash Guys, you agree to the terms outlined in this agreement. We provide cleaning services for agricultural equipment, commercial vehicles, building exteriors, and other industrial facilities. Services are subject to the terms and conditions specified below.

2. Service Scope

We offer various services, including:

  • Washing and scrubbing of heavy-duty equipment, trucks, and trailers

  • Deep cleaning and degreasing

  • Exterior building washing and parking lot cleaning

  • Ice dam removal

All services are customized based on the needs of each client, and a minimum service fee of $500.00 applies. We do not offer residential cleaning services.

3. Service Scheduling

Our office hours are Monday to Friday, 10 AM to 2 PM, but we schedule services based on what works best for your business. After receiving your service request, we will contact you to confirm scheduling and availability. We reserve the right to adjust scheduling in case of unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions or other factors beyond our control.

4. Payment Terms

  • Minimum Service Charge: $500.00 per service.

  • Payments are due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed upon in writing, or a routine job.

  • We accept payments via credit card, direct bank transfer, or other methods as specified on your invoice.

  • Failure to make timely payments may result in the suspension of services and/or additional fees.

5. Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy

You may cancel or reschedule a service appointment by providing at least 24 hours' notice. Failure to cancel within this timeframe may result in a cancellation fee.

We reserve the right to reschedule or cancel appointments due to uncontrollable events, such as severe weather or equipment failure. We will make every effort to notify you in advance and reschedule services at a convenient time.

6. Liability and Damages

  • While we take utmost care in delivering our services, The Wash Guys is not responsible for damage to property caused by pre-existing conditions, including, but not limited to, weakened surfaces, paint, or materials that may deteriorate under cleaning processes.

  • The Wash Guys will not be liable for damages caused by improper maintenance or misuse of equipment after cleaning.

  • In the event of damages caused directly by our cleaning services, our liability will be limited to the cost of the services provided.

7. Client Responsibilities

To ensure the best possible service, the client is responsible for:

  • Providing access to the equipment, vehicles, or buildings to be cleaned.

  • Informing our team of any delicate areas or surfaces that require special attention.

  • Removing any personal or valuable items from areas to be cleaned to avoid accidental damage.

8. Changes to Services

The Wash Guys reserves the right to modify, add, or discontinue services at any time without prior notice. However, any services already contracted and scheduled will remain unchanged unless mutually agreed upon.

9. Service Locations

We proudly serve Central Minnesota. Services outside this area may incur additional travel fees, which will be discussed and agreed upon before scheduling.

10. Termination of Services

We reserve the right to terminate any service agreement if a client fails to comply with the terms outlined herein, including, but not limited to, non-payment, abusive behavior towards staff, or refusal to comply with safety regulations.

11. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of Minnesota. Any disputes arising from these terms will be resolved in the appropriate courts within the jurisdiction of Central Minnesota.
